Double Room Available Right By Victoria Park

Hello!
We are a couple in our 20s called Alisha and Katie, and have a 1 year old dog called Nessy. Alisha works with children and Katie is a junior doctor. We like cooking, music, countryside walks and although we are social and like a drink on the weekend, on the weekdays we tend to have quiet nights in. We are also vegetarian so would be great if you were as well but it isn’t a must, but being a dog lover is as our dog loves to be on the sofa too!

We are renting out our spare double bedroom with shared bathroom for short or long-term lets. Couples are welcome as well at £700 pcm. The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelf and hanging rail. We are happy to purchase extra furniture or if you’d rather bring your own we can take things out. The house has a large living room with log fire, spacious kitchen and garden. The attic is converted into another spare room with a sofa bed, office space and bathroom for guests which you are welcome to use too. Victoria park is a 1 minute walk away as well as cowbridge road, and there are frequent buses into town nearby. Parking is easy as all the streets are non permitted.

Price includes WIFI and water, but doesn’t include council tax (band E) gas and electric.
