Furnished double room with own bathroom

My flat mate is moving out towards the end of June so I'm looking for someone to take on his room moving forward.

The flat is a lush 2 bed, 2 bath meaning you have your own private bathroom. (Yours will be the smaller bedroom and main bathroom in the hallway) There's a balcony and uninterrupted views of Cardiff Bay and Penarth. (Scaffolding has been done for about 6 months now)

On site there is a swimming pool, 2 gyms, a sauna and a steam room. It's a lovely gated community with a concierge at the front gate with secure on-site parking.

Rent is currently £600, all in will come to roughly £800 (electricity, water, wi-fi, council tax)

A little about me - I'm a 24 year old working professional, I work 5 days a week 9-6 and then gym in the evenings so will be out until 8 most nights. I love to sit back and relax, but never shy away from a trip to the pub. I also have a miniature dachshund, he's good as gold. He's really nice and playful but will cuddle up to you if you're wanting to chill.
