We have a double room for single occupancy available in a shared house very close to Albany and Wellfield Road's. There is a shared lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom / WC with shower, also a rear patio garden. The rent is £300. 00 per month to include bills. We are looking for a girl, not a boy, who is in full time employment and who does not smoke. We are not looking for anyone who wants to stay 'for a few months', we are looking for someone who wants to settle and make this a home for a longer time. The house has the usual things, TV, washing machine, fridge / freezer, central heating and WiFi included in the rent.
