Double room, lovely house £350/month all bills

Good sized double room available in a large, clean and tidy house, currently occupied by myself (Jim) and two professional housemates.

The room is a large double with new furniture, rent is £350/month, this includes all bills.

The house is very spacious, we have a large lounge with flat screen TV and fast wireless broadband throughout the house. There is a dining room (with big dining table) and a spare bedrooms for guests. I also have a large coach house out the back. So plenty of room for storage and bikes etc.

The kitchen is also big, all the appliances are brand new, large american style fridge, range cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher (yay for dishwashers!).

The house is in a great location close to town, quiet (closed end) street, with plenty of parking. 6 mins walk to central station and 10mins to St Davids 2 and Mill Lane for shopping and drinking respectively.

Ideally we're looking for another girl, 25-35(ish) for a laid back houseshare. Another housemate is leaving soon and I always try to balance the house with equal boys/girls. We all work full time week days, so looking for someone who can respect the need for sleep during the week, but I pretty much don't care about anything on the weekend!

I'm very flexible with contracts, and no minimum stay or formal contract (unless you want one of course!). Bond is one month rent which will be used as the last month's rent.
