Tenants include :
- 23 year old female recently graduated in sociology and popular culture now working full time and daughter of the landlord.

26- irish male, working close to town for the nhs. Loves books.

21 year old- works for cardiff city football.

Bills are not included in the rent but come to around £45 pounds a month , this pays for gas, electric, broadband and a TV license.
The £310 Rent that is payed does include council tax as well as the water rates.

The living room is newly decorated and contains:
- 3 piece suite
- a shared television and games consoles

The kitchen has also been newly decorated and contains many supplies including :

- 2 X freezers
- oven/grill and gas hob stove
- kettle, toaster and microwave
- table and chairs
- other supplies such as pans, plates and cutlery are also available for everyone's use as long as they are looked after.

Bathroom includes :
- 1 toilet
- 1 wash basin
- a shower over a bath, new power shower installed
- mirrored storage cabinet

There is a reasonably sized garden in the house that is well maintained with flowers , strawberry plants and tomato plants. A shed is available for storage as well and a washing line to dry clothes. Nice big space for socializing and having the odd BBQ.

There is non residential parking available on the street, but if needed a parking permit is easily obtained.
The house has a fully function security alarm as well as all bedrooms being supplied with keys to lock doors.
Housemates Would be expected to share in the household chores to help maintain a well kept house and uphold a clean enviroment.
Within the house there is a cat nearlly reaching the age of 2 called Albi. Housemates that are found of cats would be welcomed.
The house is situated just off City road , with local shops on Albany road as well a a Tesco just around the corner. The house is a 15 minute walk from the city centre as well as having many bus routes near by. All universities are very accessible either by walking of getting a short bus journey.
