Spacious double room available in modern townhouse

The available room

We have a room available in our lovely modern townhouse. The room is a spacious double, on the 2nd floor of the house, which shares the family bathroom with just one other person. The house was brand new when we moved in 18 months ago, and has all mod cons including washer/drying and dishwasher. We have a large lounge/dining room with sky TV and broadband throughout house. There is also a small garden which comes complete with a friendly rabbit called Uncle Bryn!

We are three 23 year old female professionals, working for Barnardos, Women's aid, and a physio for the NHS. We all work hard during the week and like going to the gym or the pub in the evenings, or just cooking and watching TV. We like a good night out at the weekend, and good food and drinks!

We'd like to find someone to move in who is also a professional, sociably and friendly. We are ideally looking for a female, sorry no couples, DSS, or smokers. The rent is on a rolling monthly contract, with one months notice to be given.
