The apartment is on the 6th floor, with bay views across to penarth and the marina, South facing with a balcony for those hot summer evenings.

My flatmate will be moving out mid-end May, so I am looking for someone sociable, friendly and easy going to move in. You will have access to your own bathroom; as well as 2 gyms, pool, steam room and sauna on site; photos to follow.

The rent for the room itself will be £310, which includes water rates; council tax/electricity will be £120 pcm in addition, making this a great opportunity for a double room at £430 all in. We currently do not have broadband, but I will be looking to install this once I have found a flatmate, but I will take over that cost so there is nothing extra to pay for you!

We have a great relationship with our landlord so no agency fees, just a bond of £300!

I am 24, priofessional female, sociable, easy going and clean. Works hard but love to chill out with a beverage or two on a weekend, get in touch if you like the sound!
