Nicely decorated shared living space, including kitchen/lounge area, two bathrooms, one downstairs toilet. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, and american style fridge freezer. The bedroom is a spacious and airy double room. It has a built-in wardrobe and a small set of draws. All bills are included in the rent which includes broadband. There are parking permits available at a reasonable cost but there is also free non-permit parking on the street.

We are a friendly group of student nurses who will be commencing our 3rd year in September. We have a good work/play balance- we like to have a good time but our course is full on so our potential housemate would have to respect that.
