THE LOCATION – Victoria Park- In Canton, 5-10 minutes drive to town or the Bay

Quiet street with unrestricted parking - quiet neighbours on both sides - safe area - 30 minutes walk from town - bus stop at end of road that will take you to town every 5mins in about 5mins and regular bus down the bay.

Near to local shops, parks, pubs, take aways and restaurants. Chapter Arts Centre/Cinema 5-10min walk - larger stores in Canton, including Tesco and Co-op - near to many many many restaurants and 5-10 min walk to Pontcanna with its bars and restaurants

Many nice local pubs with big screen TVs for the rugby - fantastic local Indian, Chinese and Chip shop all just up the road - other takeaways/restaurants/corner shops/tesco extra/co-op/spa/petrol station all within easy walking distance.

THE HOUSE - Victorian terraced house with many lovely features - wooden floors, fireplaces in bedrooms - clean, comfortable and tidy non smoking home –

British Gas Homecare - You can call anytime for free if there is a prob with the central heating, plumbing or drains.

BT Infinity TV and DVD player in the lounge so you can get snug to watch tv or a film. The living room/kitchen is open plan and has 2 sofas and a large wooden breakfast bar with stools! There is a dish washer, double sink, range cooker and all the kitchen accessories needed.

The bathroom has a Whirlpool bath, Waterfall shower over the bath, and handheld shower and a large towel holding radiator.

THE ROOM - comfy and nicely furnished....wireless Internet, double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, lots of shelves and storage, fireplace.

ABOUT YOU - I am looking for a reliable and considerate professional to share with me and my 3 other housemates (all girls). Female only please. We would like someone who is tidy but not obsessive, likes to have fun on the weekend but is a quieter in the working week. Who likes dining, drinking, girly gossip, cinema and generally putting the world to rights while watching trash TV

ABOUT US – We all met through the house. We enjoy socialising as a house but also do things with other friends. We are all in our 20s and are active, friendly, professional people who respect other people's peace and space, but also like to chat We work hard throughout the week so the house is relaxed and quiet Mon - Fri! We do like to cook and have a glass of wine midweek sometimes but tend to let our hair down and get out and about more on the weekend. We also enjoy the odd party/dinner party, cinema and theatre and hopefully over the summer BBQ
