The room is fully furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside lockers and a double bed) with a shared bathroom with one other. The modern house has off street parking and is within 20 mins walking distance to the city centre.
We're looking for a friendly, sociable and considerate housemate who is easy to get along with and isn't afraid to muck in with the cleaning!
Rent - £240
Bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, tv licence, sky+ and internet) - roughly £100 per month
