The house is a 10 minute walk from the city centre and approximately 20 minutes from Cardiff Bay on foot. Bute park is also a 10 minute stroll away. Well located for local shops and conveniences and around the corner from the Tramshed Art Centre.
It is clean, tidy and quiet, although I am a songwriter so I may sometimes be practising. The house is in a vibrant city centre area with a few lively neighbours. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and internet access available throughout the house.
I am ideally looking for working people. There is easy access to all major routes out of the city and the central train and bus station (approx 10 minutes walking).
This is a lodger rather than a tenancy agreement, at least a months notice is asked for before leaving. No couples and non smoking preferred.
I have an interest in green issues and recycling. This is not a party house but guests, friends and partners are welcome. I do ask that this is within reason and not every day out of respect for your housemates.
