Friendly professional wanted for flat share in Cardiff Bay. The accomodation is close to all local amenities, the international Sports Village Cardiff Bay Retail Park, and has great road links and within easy access of the M4.
The property features 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) a large living room and separate kitchen. The property is fully furnished and decorated neutrally. The room for rent includes a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers an bedside table. This is the master room inclusive of ensuite.
The existing tenant is 27 year old professional, working in Cardiff. Ideally looking for someone to be a friend as well as just a housemate. Someone who is fun, clean and tidy please. :)
