Confortable room in a new 2 bedroom flat

A lovely room available in a home share in Cathays, 15 minutes walk to the City Centre and 5 minutes from Cardiff Uni. There is parking in a private court for a car and a place to keep bikes safe if you have one.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and a view of the garden from the first floor, available from 1st February 2015.

Sharing with a PhD student. The house is quiet and confortable, a home with all the mod cons you could wish for. The rent is £360pcm with Broadband and TV licence included. Electricity and water bills are to be shared. Under reasonable consumption, the electricity bill is usually below £35 a month (per flatmate) and the water bill is around £10 a month (per flatmate).

At the moment, I can guarantee the room till the end of June. My PhD is coming to an end in June 2015 and I don't know yet if I will have to leave Cardiff afterwards. I am paying the landlord for the whole flat and sub-renting one of the two rooms.
