Double room available in nice student house

A room is available in this house with easy access to the city centre and the universities in the city. The house was recently decorated, and is fully furnished. There are two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, a lounge with a small television and virgin media, a utility room with washing machine, conservatory, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small patio garden.

Water bills are included in the £280 pcm rent (other bills are arranged with house-mates, and are quite reasonable).

The three existing house-mates are friendly and are three final year student nurses, but on different courses.

We are looking for someone who is easy to live with and enjoys socialising - we will definitely need some study breaks in final year :). The house-mates have various interests; such as cooking, outdoor activities, travelling, reading, watching movies etc. We all have quite busy courses so we are out and about, and we would appreciate someone who is also quite chilled. We are open to either a female or a male housemate, as long as you're nice!

The back, upstairs bedroom is available. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a double bed, a bedside table, a desk and shelves.

The landlord is friendly, professional and easy to contact when needed.
