Looking for professionals to share a 3-bed house with 2 existing lovely girls.
The house is located on a quiet street in Llandaff North, suitable for professionals who wants some peace.
It is a lovely house with a south facing garden, just off the Taffs Trail. Local shops, convenience stores, take-aways and Llandaff Train Station are just a stone's throw away.
The house has satellite TV and unlimited fibre optic broadband.
As I will be going on a "long holiday", the biggest room in the house is now available for short/long term let. Or even if you're new to Cardiff and would like a temporary stay to explore the city before committing to a long term contract.
The room comes (as shown in the photos) with a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside units, chest of drawers, rocking chair, desk and chair. The house is full of original features and there is even a (feature) fireplace in the bedroom! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a shed in the garden if you need to store your bicycle.
It has a huge garden for those with green fingers (flowers, vegetable patch etc).

All bills are included in the rent. We have also arranged for cleaners to clean the communal areas (£20 per month).
