I have 2 rooms to rent in my house.

This large double bedroom has two front facing windows so it is wonderfully bright and airy, and has just been repainted and refreshed. It is fully furnished with lots of storage.

There's a family bathroom and an additional WC. The living room and kitchen are communal and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and cutlery.

A friendly, busy but quiet house. Respectful, non smoking and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. House activities include the making and eating of cake, watching cartoons and generally being a bit geeky.

The house is a short walk from the shops and cafes of Clifton Street and the art shops and studios of Broadway Road. It is about a 25/30 min walk to the central train station and town and a short drive to the A48/A470/M4. Easy commuting distance to all the studios and theatres.

Rent is inclusive of all bills (subject to fair usage). Deposit is a months rent.
