Two short term rooms available in a friendly house

Hi there,

We're Ed (27) and Tom (25) and we've got a house share in Gabalfa. One girl, Kat, is starting to be all grown up and is flying the coop to live with her boyfriend on the 7th Feb. And Iris will be leaving on March 1st due to work commitments. The contract is up at the end of July, and I think we'll be parting ways then. So this is only really a 5 or 6 month contract (depending on which room you take).

If there's two of you who want to move in at the same time at the beginning of March that's fine also.

The rooms are massive!! Both have loads of room for storage. The property itself is also large. All bedrooms upstairs, separate dining room/living room/kitchen, 2 bathrooms. We've also got a garden (well, giant concrete jungle) but it's still cracking for numerous BBQs and general lounging (which was awesome last summer). We have a garden shed for bits n bobs should you want to store stuff there.

The two of us are into running and cycling. We have too many bikes in the house, you're welcome to add to the collection. Ed runs at work, Tom runs some evenings. We sometimes cook together but with Tom on weird shop shifts it's more likely to be a weekend event. I (Ed) love cooking, especially in a slow cooker this time of year.

We're looking for people who are fun and generally pleasant. We're that too!!

So to summarise, if you can do well on a pub quiz (or at least be entertaining), like an occasional run or ride, want to have family BBQs (maybe not in the winter) and want to live in a quiet area of Cardiff which is close to town, come on down!
