Small Double Room - Short Term Let.
A working couple in our early 30s are looking for a someone reliable, clean and tidy to rent a room in our house on a short term basis initially (3-6 months). The room would be ideal for someone studying or working in Cardiff as it is within walking distance to the City centre, university campus and many colleges and language schools. The house is about a 15 minute walk from the city centre or a 10 minute cycle/bus ride. There are many shops, cafes and takeaways nearby as well as a yoga studio and a drawing school around the corner!
The room is a small double with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelves, desk and lamp. Bed linen can also be provided if you are coming from overseas.
We have a small dog and a cat so it is essential that you like animals! There is a living room with TV/DVD player and hi-fi and a dining room in which you can sit to eat/read as well as a small conservatory and garden. Separate fully equipped kitchen.
The rent - £320 a month includes all utilities - gas, water. electricity and wi-fi, council tax so you will not be asked to pay any extra costs during your stay.
We would prefer you to contact via email initially. I can then pass on my number. Thanks.
