House to Share with One Lovely Lady
Double room for rent: I am a mid-thirties professional female looking to share a tidy, well looked after, homely 3-Bed-House preferably with one other lovely Lady.
The room is currently furnished. If you would like to bring your own furniture there is room in the house but it is not essential.
We have a gorgeous little patio garden (that has been blown about by heavy winds), spacious kitchen, separate dining and living room, and a spare room which can be used as an office, guest and playroom.
The house is located on a quiet street with friendly neighbours and is 10 min walking distance to Queen Street and just around the corner from a little park.
Myself, I like spending a lot of time in the kitchen as I am a passionate vegetarian chef, love cooking for my friends and also run a pop-up restaurant. In the day time I am an architect, in my spare time I love travelling, go on long country walks, sing and try balancing different yoga poses. Musn't forget to mention my very affectionate cat.
