The room for rent

I am a 28 year old, sociable, single, professional, gay, female looking for a sociable professional lodger to share my home with me and my house rabbit. The age, sexuality and gender of my lodger are not important but they must be open-minded and respectful. I am a live in landlord but am pretty relaxed and on the whole easy going. I am a very sociable and active person but tend to do most of my socialising out of the house. My hobbies include surfing, rock climbing, hiking, gardening, baking and DIY.

The house is currently a bit of an on-going project, in terms of decoration, but is fully functional, comfortable and improving. The contract would originally be 3 months, that would then turn into a rolling contract if should we both wish to continue the agreement.
