I am looking for a female flatmate to share with me in a two bedroom, ground floor flat between Cardiff Bay and Cardiff city centre (10 minute walk to the Bay and 15 minute walk to town)- CF10 not CF11. The flat is in its own three story flat block, in a quiet location with communal residential parking.

The flat is neutrally decorated, light, clean, modern, fully furnished and has a large bathroom (bath/shower), lounge and separate kitchen. It comes equipped with internet, a large TV with a recordable Digital Box, washing machine and kitchen appliances.

I have lived in the flat for the past year with my flatmate who is now relocating for a new job. I am looking for someone who I can get along with and feel at home with. Not being a student anymore, the flat is a home for me, so it is important we both feel comfortable. I enjoy going out and having fun but I'm not looking for a party flat, my student days are behind me (unfortunately!).

I am a sociable person so would like to live with someone I can get to know but I also like my alone time, and appreciate that others do too, so would respect that as well :)

The flat is owned by my parents so you can guarantee that the landlords care about their tenants and the property, you can also be assured that they will be contactable.

The monthly payment is £480, the breakdown being £350 for rent and the bills work out at £130 per month. This may go up depending on usage, but it hasn't changed in the past year.
