House share with young profs, central location

Sharing with two friendly, young professional females (one of whom is live-in landlord), in a spacious and modern, nicely decorated house.

The house has a large kitchen and bathroom with all the mod cons including: dishwasher, US style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and wifi. This is a clean and tidy house which includes a cleaner as part of the rent who attends when needed. We also have a dog and cat so animal lovers desirable!

This is an extended four bedroom terraced house with two sitting areas and a very large kitchen and dining room where you can also enjoy our private and enclosed south facing courtyard garden. The communal areas in the house are perfect for entertaining, however should you wish to have your own space there is plenty of room for this.

The room for rent is a private double bedroom, fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, small desk, chest of drawers and full length mirror.

The house is located within walking distance (approx 10mins) of the city centre and Cardiff Bay. Grangetown train station is 2 minutes walk away. It's close to Cardiff Bay Retail Park and has lots of local amenities within a short stroll, including a Tesco and Ikea! We're also closely located to the Taff trail for keen cyclists and walkers.

Ideally we're seeking friendly young professionals or mature students.

All bills are included in the rental price. We are clean and tidy and looking for likeminded people.
