We're two female professionals looking for someone to rent our spare double bedroom in a three bedroom house.
The house is in a quiet area of Riverside and just a 10 minute walk from the city centre and train station and a five minute walk into Canton. Plenty of parking is available on the street outside. All bills will be included in the price: wifi, council tax, water, tv license, gas and electricity, there will be no additional costs. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV aerial.
The house will be kept clean and tidy but we are by no means are clean freaks and fairly easy going.
We will require a deposit of ã250.
