The house is a large victorian Terrace with a large kitchen (and range cooker) communal living room and a couple of spare box rooms for storage. We also have a lovely little garden in the back. The house is well situated for town and close to Bute Park and Llandaff Fields.

The room is available from 16th April on 6 month rolling contract. Rent is £275 per month and with monthly bills (council tax, water, gas/electric, tv license and Virgin) this brings the total monthly cost to just about £400.

We are 2 professionals who have been living in the house for a few years. We’re friendly and sociable but both have our own hobbies and enjoy a nice quiet house :) We are currently both on different shift patterns and one of us does frequently work late/night shifts.
