This newly refurbished semi-detached house is looking for a professional housemate to join from the 1st Feb 2019 for roughly 6 months (can be negotiable to a point). The house is ideally located just off Whitchurch Road. Great public transport access in and out of town, a 10-minute walk to Heath Hospital, a 10-minute walk from Bute Park and the Taff trail, a 30-second walk or 15 second run (depending on how fast you are) to a Sainsbury’s local. It's even a very manageable walk / stumble to and back from town after a night out.

Up for rent is a large, newly painted and decorated back double bedroom on the first floor of the house. As you can see from the photos it is a light and airy room with lots of storage utilised in the space, it is finished to a high standard and includes double bed, spring/memory foam mattress, office desk and chair, bedside table, chest of drawers and large four-door mirrored wardrobe. Included in the £475 is your rent and bills, which include, council tax, gas, electricity, water, 100MB cable internet, car parking permit, TV license, Large Virgin TV package and cleaners who come to the house once a week- please appreciate that there are no extra hidden expenses, that charge does quite literally cover everything.

This room would be absolutely ideal for someone who is looking for a new place but doesn't have much of their own furnishings to bring with them. There are also two double plug sockets that are located on opposite sides of the rooms, so plenty of space for any electronics you might be bringing.

The rest of the house pretty much follows suit, a high-quality finish to all of the rooms.

Apart from the 4 double bedrooms in the house, there is:

Bathroom 1- 1 big bathroom on the 1st floor. This comes with a walk-in shower, a bath, toilet and sink.

Bathroom 2- Downstairs there is another smaller bathroom with just a toilet and sink.

The house is currently being rented out to anyone who is a young professional So if you work hard, are mature, respectful but is also friendly, sociable and happy to make new friends this could be a perfect choice. You should be happy to live with other people and share communal spaces like the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. The house would benefit from someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, especially when it comes to using shared areas like kitchens or bathrooms. You can be as messy as you like in your own bedroom!

As an added bonus, the Landlord (me!!) lives two minutes around the corner, so if you have any issues- big or small- I can be at the house within the hour to address it. This is my home and I would like you to enjoy your time there as much as I have in the past.
