House Mate Wanted Academic Year 2014/2015

The house is located at 68 Brithdir Street. it is a short walk away from Cardiff university campuses & SU, also it is 20 minutes from town via walking and 20 minutes away from LLandaff Campus.

the house is currently shared by 2 girls (one doing public health nutrition and one doing Environmental health and one male doing bio medical science. we are all from Cardiff Metropolitan and are all second years going into our 3rd year. we enjoy going out and also having nights in.

The room available is a double room , which is furnished it has : Double bed, wardrobe, chesterdraws, desk and chair and shelves. :).

Rent is 270 pounds and month and bills usually cost 40 pounds so overall its 310 pounds a month (rent & bills) :).
