3 Double Bedrooms, Cathays

We have 3 spare double bedrooms in a 5 person house. We're both easy-going Cardiff University students starting a Masters in September. We're preferably looking for other students.

The house is on Llantwit Street, CF24 4AJ, just off Salisbury Road at the bottom of Cathays near town.

All the rooms are a good size, fully furnished with desks, wardrobes / draws and full double beds. We have a large living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath) and a garden.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher and new oven. There is plenty of storage place around the house with space for bikes.

The rent is £260 pcm excluding bills, but they are quite cheap.

We're around most of the time, so we're flexible if you want to have a look around and meet us.
