Urgent! Seeking Female Flatmate! Great Double Room

Hiya,
I've had to pull out of my contract for medical reasons.
I have a double room to offer in a spacious 2 bed apartment. The room is large, has built in wardrobes, a desk etc. It comes fully furnished and is modern. The rest of the property is lovely and also very modern.

The location of this property is very good. It's a 10min walk from Cardiff City Centre, there are bus stops/shops/train station close by. There is also parking available outside the property. :)

Rent is £320pcm, bills aren't included but adding them on to rent it would come to approx. £380-90pcm. If you are interested a bond of £320 will need to be paid. Agency fees of £90 will also need to be paid but I am happy to pay the agency fees if I can find someone a. s. a. p.

The girl who will be living there is going into her 3rd year of Uni. She's absolutely lovely, really friendly and easy to get along with!
