My name is Megan I am a current tenant in the house. We are looking for a new house mate to move in with us. We have a good happy vibe in the house, we like a fun but pretty relaxed household. We currently have 3 cats between us so will have to say no to any more pets at the moment.

The house is located right opposite Heath park (King George V Drive) minutes walk to UHW and easy access to city centre bus and bike lanes, there is also space on the driveway for a car/bike.

The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe with lots of storage space and a double bed, a chest of drawers and bedside lamp.

It is a nice spacious clean property with a good sized private rear garden (a huge garden is out front, Heath Park) and 2 comfortable shared living rooms and has a well equipped kitchen, laundry/drying facilities. Virgin Media TV & Wi-Fi are included.

The location of the house is perfect for someone who studies at Cardiff UNI or UWIC or needs easy access to the A48/M4.

Currently one female and one male in the house, ideally looking for another female house mate, as has been the case previously and the house synergy has worked well.

Bills are included in the rent. Currently £50 pcm which include, Water, Electricity, Gas, Council Tax, Broadband and TV Licence.
