Is in ruthin gardens, just on the back of student union, very convenient for univ social life, 1 min walking to cat hays station and main building.
15 min walking to the city centre.
Rent is £ 300 pcm bills included,
there is 7 rooms in the house but just 3 rooms will be occupied during the summer , so 4 flatmates for 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, back garden.
