Looking for 2 new housemates to join a 4 bed house for the 2014/15 academic year (From July) as current housemates are graduating. House is on Crwys rd. 10 minutes from union, 30 seconds from pub, with large rooms & working boiler.
Will be 4th year student at Cardiff Uni so looking for current students or recent graduates, must be in possession of at least average personality/personal hygiene.
Cost is £265/month + bills on top, 1/2 rent July and August if not living there over summer. Deposit also required by landlord, and internet + bills all set up already.
