Large double room, fully furnished and ensuite. There is off road parking, private garden (with shed for bikes). The house has a new and efficient boiler so is always warm. The whole house is fully furnished (including dishwasher).
We are two music graduates from RWCMD working in the arts. We're not big party goers but we enjoy evenings in with a bottle of wine or a BBQ in the garden! Also I love baking so the house is always full of freshly baked goods!
