2 Short term lets for December available

Hi there. My name is Emma and i have lived here for 8years. I am looking for a room mate for one month, starting from the 1st of December. It will just be me and there are two rooms available. The landlord is selling the house, and it is due to complete in January at some point so i can offer December and possibly some of January. Landlord has to give a months notice so you will have notice if you were to stay on. I am also buying a house in nearby Splott and if we get on i could potentially offer you a room there after the month here if that works for us both. This room would ideally suit someone who is visiting the area for a month or needs somewhere in between. As I already live in the house everything is set up including internet and sky so it'll be an easy move for you. The rooms are a large bright first floor furnished room on Donald Street and a front facing ground floor furnished room. There is residential parking with a permit, just off Albany Road, close to all local amenities, Roath Park, Rec, and the Heath hospital. The Rent for the room in the house (including water, sky, gas and electric, tv license and council tax) is £433 a month. I pay this but i may be able to Be flexible For the right person . The room has a double bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe.
I’m 34, a book worm, enjoy films and a series and a bottle of wine.
The house is an old ex-student, Victorian House with 3 bedrooms and a spare bedroom for occasional guests and to dry my bloomers, lol. Theres a lounge, kitchen (which has microwave, fridge freezer ect...everything you need), a bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine and a separate toilet, as well as a garden with a shed and under-stairs storage. I have 2 cats so new housemate must be a cat person. No couples , no council paid recipients. So if you think you'd be suitable, or you’d like to ask something please feel free to message me.
