Lovely room to rent in 2 bed house, Roath

I have a bright, spacious, double room available to rent to a nice, sociable, clean and tidy person.

The house is situated in Roath, very close to Roath Park and extremely convenient for all the shops. The bedroom itself is fully furnished and has a large fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage. The house has two reception rooms - both have comfortable seating and a TV and one has a large table/workspace. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen and a small but very pleasant garden with a shed. It is a period property with lots of character and many attractive original features including a coal burning stove.

It's difficult to do the place justice in photographs - it really must be seen. There is plenty of room for two people to live comfortably without having to retreat to bedrooms for a bit of space. This would suit someone looking for somewhere that they can really call home.

You would be sharing with only one other - myself: I'm a liberal person and an all round 'creative type'. I work part time and am doing a masters degree. I am friendly, considerate and laid back and would like to live with someone who shares those qualities. I have two outdoor cats and a small, quiet, well behaved dog - all very friendly, so I am looking for someone who likes animals.

The rent is £300 for a single person or £450 for a couple. A one month deposit is required. Bills are not included in the rent although an inclusive arrangement could be made if that is preferable.
