Student flatmates wanted to buddy up for July
Three guys and three girls are looking for more housemates to join them in a house in Roath. Two of us are here this year and are staying on with friends but we need a couple more people.
15 mins walk to Uni (but plenty of under cover bike storage) and just round the corner from shops in Albany Road.
House has two lounges and two kitchens. Two washing machines and a tumble dryer provided. Bathroom, shower room and w/c. Details can be seen at cardiffhomes4students website where there are contact details and more photos.
Bills aren't included but should be around £35 a month for everything (inc high speed broadband) and rent is half in July and August for anyone not staying over the summer.
