Double Room for rent - Professional

Dining Room

My name is Hannah. I have just moved back to Cardiff from Ireland and am looking for a professional to rent a room in a 2 bedroom house in Heath (just off Whitchurch Road).

About the room:
- Double Room
- Lots of storage (built in over bed, wardrobe and sperate chest of drawers)
- Overlooks back garden/ outside area
- Rent 350/month plus bills (Or £150/week inc bills)
- bills (Divided between the two of us: water, electric, gas, council tax, tv/phone/Internet (and anything else we may need))

About the house
- Kitchen (back of house)
- Dining Room (Leading from kitchen. Picture shown with sofa but now has Table and chairs)
- Living room (at front of house)
- Bathroom (Bath and power shower)
- Garden/ outdoor area

About Me
- 26
- Work in the film industry so can have long days and weeks when on a job!
- As I can work a lot I like to come back to a clean home so looking for someone who shares the same clean ethos.
- I have a craft buisness (when Im not working on a film set) so will be using the garage as a sewing room/ part office. This area won't be available to you but may be room for small bit of storage.
- I like to socialise when I have the time and have dinner parties and parties on occasion!

- Good with finances (punctual with paying rent and other bills that we will be splitting)
- Clean (I am not OCD about this but like to have a clean home and would like someone with the same ethos)
- Sociable (I like to go to the pub with mates so someone who could maybe join us. Though I do like to have DVD sofa nights as well so would prefer someone who's not a wild party animal!)
