Lovely house share in Fairwater 350 All Inclusive

We are looking for a house mate to join our house. We are two girls and a guy, between the ages of 22 and 27. We are all very different people but it seems to work for us, making it a really nice environment to live in! Therefore, I'm not going to state what type of a person we are looking for as we don't have a particular type of person in mind. We like to socialise together by going for food, to the cinema or on the occasional night out but we also have our own hobbies.

The house itself is fully furnished and about 6 years old on a new estate just off Western Avenue, on the outskirts of Fairwater and Canton. The neighbours are lovely and the area is safe. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Waun-Gron train station and local bus services which take you straight into the centre in 20 mins. It's also a 20 min walk/10min cycle to Cardiff Metropolitan University Llandaff Campus and Tesco Extra. Cowbridge Road East is also very close with local shops, making it a convenient place to live.

The room available is a bright double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a lot of storage space. The house also has additional storage space and a garage. We also have a large kitchen and dining area, a lovely living room, a downstairs toilet and a bathroom.

Rent is £350 per month including bills (internet, water, gas, electricity, council tax, tv licence and contents insurance). The contract is for 6 months minimum and there is a deposit of £250.
