*D-Room in Lovely Furnished House from February*

I have 1 double bedroom to rent in a furnished house.

The house was lovingly restored and modernised by myself 5 years ago. It was completely re-plastered, painted and carpeted.

It has a large kitchen (with dining table, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave), 2 bathrooms, and a large but homely living room with 42 inch HD TV, Sky, and blu-ray player. It does however also benefit from some nice period features such as Victorian floors and original fireplaces. There is also a good-sized back garden, perfect for a BBQ!

The available room us being vacated by 1 housemates who has lived here for over 2 years. Prior to this everything in the room was brand spanking new.

All bills are included (water, gas, elec, broadband, council tax etc). It also includes a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

Based on Llanishen Street which is quiet but not too quiet, close to the bustly Whitchurch Road. There is also ample street parking (permitted and non-permitted). There is good easy access to the Heath Hospital (10 min week) and M4 in both directions and good amenities on Whitchurch Road (supermarket, eateries, pubs , bars etc).

I am looking for professionals or post-grads only (non-smoking) and ideally people who are clean, tidy and like to be social. There will be 2 people living there in total.
