Furnished 3 bedroom house to rent.

I am a 37 year old professional looking for tenants to rent out two spare rooms in my 3 bedroomed house. I will not be staying at the house and only returning occasionally.

The house is fully refurbished, tastefully decorated, has central heating, gas fire, washing machine , dishwasher and wifi. Would suit a young professional couple.

The ground floor includes a newly fitted kitchen including all white goods (cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher) recently decorated bathroom with bath and shower, lounge dinner (also recently decorated) and a garden at the rear.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor, the smaller of the bedrooms will be occupied by my belongings, the other rooms are one double and one large double room. Both double rooms have been recently decorated and feature the original wooden flooring.

The house is end of terrace on a quiet cul de sac with permit parking, however there is unlimited parking outside the house which has always been available whilst I have been there.

Cardiff City Centre is only a 10 minute walk from the property, Cowbridge road a 2 minute walk. There is also a local corner shop 200 yards from the house.

There are good links to the M4 and public transport.

The house is immediately available, 1 month rent deposit, rent by DDM on 1st of month, CCJ and ID checks will be conducted on tenants, relevant documentation will be required before tenancy.
