really nice house located just behind the Cardiff student union, easy access to Cardiff uni. close to town as well. great group of people, funny and social. the house is lovely inside, a great tv room/living room, very big and comfy. big kitchen. your bedroom is allocated on the bottom floor, nice room! has a small garden whats nice. sky and broadband are getting put in, not sure extra cost on tv license yet.
