One Double Bedroom In A Friendly House In Cathays

Four friendly girls, students at Cardiff Metropolitan University, are looking for a fifth member to complete their household to take over my tenancy as I will no longer be studying at Cardiff. The fully furnished house has 5 double bedrooms, along with 2 bathrooms (one consist of a toilet, sink and shower, and the other a toilet, sink and a bath.) Both bathrooms are upstairs. The property has recently had a new modern kitchen fitted which is really lovely. There is a separate living room which has two sofas. The house has gas central heating, a washing machine and tumble drier and electricity solar panels on the roof. The house also has a side entrance, small garden and is located in the main student area of Cardiff, not far from the desirable area of Roath park. A change in my personal circumstances is the reason why this room is available. We viewed a lot of houses before we came across this property and didn't hesitate to look any further as it was by far the best. The estate agents for the house is Capital Properties, so changing of contract/viewings will be done through them. The landlord has kindly organised that we only pay three quarters rent through summer which will include the august rent at £200.
