Large double room,in a modern furnished house.

Hi there! I have a lovely spacious double room to rent in the popular area of Roath. The room is fully furnished with a full sized double bed. The room is on the ground floor and has large french windows that open into a very large garden. The rest of the house is also fully furnished with a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom. There is also a second toilet upstairs. The property has a huge garden with a patio that features garden furniture and a bbq.. wich is great in the summer! The street which the property is situated is nice a quite and very pretty. This house is very close to the city centre with local amities and has excellent transport links. There are currently two other housemates who are both working professionals. This house is a real gem and should be viewed. Bills are not included but are pretty low divided equally between the three housemates. The house has super fast internet and a Tivo box with loads of channels. A bond would be payable and references required!
