2 double rooms to rent in Cathays

Hi, we have two decent size double rooms to rent in our 4 bed house on Malefant Street in Cathays.
I know the landlord personally so no agency fees, and I am managing the property for him.

Rent is £340 inclusive of all bills - gas, electric, council tax, internet and freeview TV.

We are looking for another guy and another girl to keep things even, and it is important to us that you clean up and tidy up after yourselves, and are respectable of others.

Professionals only, no students.

It's not a partyhouse, though we do enjoy being sociable and having a couple of drinks on the weekend.

Now that we've got all that out of the way, here's a little about ourselves:
I (Dan) am 26 and a student teacher, and also run a series of afterschool clubs and holiday clubs for children. I consider myself fun and sociable, and am into snowboarding, music, mountain biking and general outdoor pursuits.
Sarah is 26 and is a costume maker who enjoys yoga, running, crafts and baking.

I am currently redecorating and repainting the whole house which is why there are no pictures yet. They will be up however by the end of the week when the whole house has been painted.
