Location: We are on the Roath/Penylan border, right next to the beautiful Roath Park. It is a 25 minute walk to the city centre, 10 minute walk to Tesco Express and our local corner shop is only a minute away! Easy access to the A48. There is lots of free parking on our road.

Description: The flat is on two floors with a sizable living room and kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with a good shower, a storage room and three double bedrooms.

Tenants: We are two friends sharing (one male, one female) looking to replace our third housemate who is moving city. We are both friendly, easy-going young professionals in our mid 20s who work 9-5pm Monday to Friday, but like to relax in the evenings and at weekends.
