Double room available in friendly student house

Hi there,

We are 4 students (2 females, 2 males, 20-24) looking for 1 more student, preferably female) to share our house with us ASAP!

The room is a double bedroom and is fully furnished. The house is recently decorated and fully furnished, with an open plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a small back garden. TV and internet is also supplied. The house is in a great area with lots of shops and places to eat, and within a short walk to Cathays train station, Cardiff university and town.

I am looking for someone who can pay rent and bills on time and will help keep the house tidy, but who also like to socialise and are friendly.

The rent is £265 a month, not including bills. All bills will be split equally between all tenants when they are due. You will not have to pay any agency fees as I'm a private landlady!

You must be a full time student, be able to supply a deposit, a guarantor and a student certificate (proof that you're enrolled in university), and be able to sign a 12 month contract.
