Hi!
We are 5 female students living in 16. Llandough street in Cardiff. I am looking for someone to take over my contract with the landlord when I go back home to Norway in the end of December. The house is wonderful and rest of the girls are friendly. The house is excellent for students who are going to study at the University of Cardiff the spring semester. The rent is from 325 £ a month exclusive bills. My room, which is the one that will be available from December, is located at the first floor. It is huge with two wardrobes, to study desks, a double bed, a window out to the garden and is right next to the bathroom.
