Friendly professional houseshare

Hi,

We are two 25 year old working professional girls and have the unfortunate task of looking for a new housemate since our current housemate had to relocate due to her job :(

So, a bit about us...
We like to keep fit, bake, cook, watching films together. We enjoy a quiet night in especially after a long day at work and the odd night out with dinner and cocktails.

About the house/room...
The house is very homely and the room is good sized with a double bed, fitted cupboard, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. We share a bathroom, downstairs toilet, modern fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner and a suntrap garden. It's a quite residential area with parks within 10mins walking distance. It is a 25min walk into the city centre but all shops are only 5mins away. Various public transport options are on our doorstep and there is street parking (permitted and non-permitted).

Who we are looking for...
We are looking for a friendly professional female (sorry guys!) who shares similar interests to us and doesn't mind to do her fair share of keeping the house clean and tidy.
