The house has a spacious living room and kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and one storage room.
The house is 2 minutes away from a bus stop going to the City Centre / Cardiff Met / Cardiff Uni Students' Union. Also suitable for students studying in Heath Campus which takes about 10 -15 mins walk.
Nearest halal butchery shop and convenient stores ( Sainsbury's and Co-op) are only 5 mins away, and 20 mins walk to Talybont Sports Centre.
