The house itself comes with 2 living rooms, a dining room, kitchen, utility room, basement, 3 additional bathrooms to the en-suite, and a back garden where there is gated off-road parking available for 3 cars. There is also plenty of space for bikes and sports/music equipment for anyone who needs extra storage. It's only 10 minutes walk to Cardiff town centre and there are numerous bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants and a park within a stone's throw of the house.

The house share consists of 5 other professionals, including 3 males (musician, sports analyst, head beer brewer) and 2 females (facilities manager, social housing manager). Males or females are welcome to apply.

The room is available from 12th August and has a monthly rent of £545 per month, which includes all bills (council tax / water / gas / electric / TV licence / broadband). There is also an additional deposit of £300 required when you move in.

The current age range of the housemates is 24 to 37. The house is quite social with housemates tending to enjoy going out for a meal and a drink, although everyone has their own interests too, with some people tending to work away occasionally.
