Lovely room in Penylan townhouse

Homely and friendly houseshare available in a lovely modern three storey townhouse in Penylan, Cardiff. The house is located within walking distance of Wellfield Road and Roath Park, and has ample parking in the cul-de-sac. There's a large living room, a downstairs toilet, spacious kitchen and study/dining room, as well as a garden. There is also a garage to store bikes, surfboards, etc.

Our current housemate is sadly moving to a new job in London so her room will be available from mid October. It's a double size room with large inbuilt wardrobes and currently has a single bed in there (although you would be very welcome to put a double bed in there if preferred). You would be sharing a bathroom with one other (the third bedroom is ensuite).

We are both in our mid/late twenties and know each other through our church in Cardiff where we are involved in various activities and lead small groups that meet one evening a week at our house. We work in social work and the third sector so are 'people people' and are looking for a housemate who is independent but also up for chilling out together, sharing some meals and having friends over fairly regularly.

We have a wide range of interests from baking and Downton Abbey to running, surfing and skiing!

No smoking. We keep the house clean and tidy and are looking for a young professional who is up for joining us in doing the washing up and keeping the house clean and welcoming!
